1. Payment Options

All transactions are processed in USD.
2. Currency & Payment Processing
All transactions are processed securely in USD. If your card or payment method is issued in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency using their prevailing exchange rate. FDwears does not control or guarantee this conversion rate.
3. Payment & Pricing Policy
- Full payment is required at checkout for standard, in-stock orders. Bespoke and custom orders follow a different schedule.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment clears.
- If a transaction fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
- All prices shown are subject to change without notice.
4. Pricing & Currency
- Prices are listed in USD. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated during checkout.
5. Secure Transactions
- We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. Payment details are never stored on our servers.
6. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
- Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be challenged.

- We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
- For high-value purchases, additional identity verification may be required.

9. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, courier performance, customs, or stock location.
10. Bespoke and Custom Orders
Custom-size or bespoke items may have different production times and may not be eligible for standard returns unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch — see our Bespoke page for full details.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, and images, is the property of FDwears or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
FDwears is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, to the extent permitted by law.
