Yes — bespoke orders are paid in full at checkout, the same as any other order. Production begins once payment clears, and is non-refundable once started.
Start with what you love. Describe the silhouette, materials and details you're after for inspiration — please don't submit imagery carrying a third-party brand's logo or trademark, as we can't reproduce those. You don't need measurements on day one. Our team will guide you through everything: material, fit, hardware, lining. The enquiry form is the starting point; the rest is a conversation.
If the jacket does not match the measurements you provided, contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve it.
Absolutely. Reference any product from our catalogue and tell us what you'd like changed — material, colour, cut, hardware — and we build it around you.
Yes, we ship bespoke orders to most countries worldwide. Enter your country in the enquiry form and we'll confirm shipping availability during your consultation — orders are shipped with full tracking, and duties/import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
