FDwears ships to selected international destinations. Shipping availability, dispatch origin, delivery time, and courier selection may vary depending on the destination and item ordered.

Free Shipping Available

We offer free shipping on orders over $149 within the USA, UK and Canada.(Excluding Duty)

Taxes are charged only on orders within the EU. (VAT may apply)

1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2 Shipping Regions

We currently serve customers in selected regions including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, and other eligible international destinations shown at checkout.

As an international store, FDwears operates in several regions, including Asia, North America, the UK, and Europe.

3 Dispatch Locations

To improve delivery efficiency, orders may be dispatched from available fulfillment locations based on stock availability and destination. Dispatch origin may vary by product and shipping region.

Regardless of the origin, every product is inspected by our Quality Control Team. For quick delivery, we offer overseas shipping and operate a global network of warehouses, strategically located across various regions to ensure efficient shipping and delivery. Our warehouses are situated in the Europe, UAE, and South Asia(Pakistan). As such, your parcel will be shipped from one of these locations, depending on your order and shipping requirements.

If you find any issue with our product or are not completely satisfied, you can make a claim by following our Return and Exchange Policy or Contact us.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $149 for selected destinations where stated on the website.

We offer free shipping on orders over $149 within the USA, UK, and Canada(Excluding Duty). Please note, free shipping applies only to orders that meet or exceed the $149 threshold. Rest assured, we prioritize fast shipping and will select the quickest courier service available to ensure your order arrives on time.

Delivery windows shown at checkout or on this page are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, peak periods, or courier delays.

Regular Deliveries:

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days and have an estimated transit time of 13-15 business days, for a total delivery estimate of 20-25 business days.

6 Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations and charges before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

Please note: For orders shipped to addresses within the European Union, applicable local taxes (VAT) will be charged at checkout.

7 Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once we receive your payment, you will be contacted by our customer support team for size confirmation. As soon as you confirm us the size, we will start your order and you will recieve order confirmation and processing email. Afterwards, when your order is ready we will ship your order carefully and securely, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking information to stay updated on the status of your shipment.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details after dispatch.

8 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO, FPO, or APO box addresses. To ensure secure delivery, we require a signature upon receipt of your order. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete.

9 Customer Responsibility for Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, it is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status. If the courier company is unable to deliver your package due to your unavailability or any other reason, please contact the courier directly to arrange a redelivery or pickup. If the package is returned or destroyed due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will not be responsible for the loss.

We recommend you track your order regularly to avoid any potential delivery issues.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
