Regular & Express Deliveries
We are happy to ship to most countries. For all other countries, a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00 USD applies to all orders. We do not ship to countries such as Israel, Russia, India, Iraq, Iran, or other OFAC-sanctioned regions. Please review our list of supported countries at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.
Regular Deliveries:
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days and have an estimated transit time of 13-15 business days, for a total delivery estimate of 20-25 business days.
Express Deliveries:
For faster delivery, we offer premium shipping options through services like FedEx, DHL, TNT, and others, with delivery in 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to choose the fastest available courier service to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Duty & Customs Fees
All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations and charges before placing your order to avoid any surprises.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO, FPO, or APO box addresses. To ensure secure delivery, we require a signature upon receipt of your order. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery Issues

If the courier company is unable to deliver your package due to your unavailability or any other reason, please contact the courier directly to arrange a redelivery or pickup.
