He then also helps Han and Chewbacca in planting the explosives at the Starkiller Base. When Rey engages in a duel with Kylo, Finn arrives to rescue her. In the end, as the Starkiller Base explodes, Finn escapes in the Falcon with others. John Boyega played the character of Finn.
