At FDwears, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
At FDwears, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience and ensure our policies are straight forward and easy to understand. To uphold our standards and serve our customers better, we've established a set of Return & Exchange guidelines for your reference. Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of purchase if they have not already entered processing or dispatch.
Additional details:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24-48 hours for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 48 hours will incur the following deductions:
- 25% deduction after 48 hours.
- 35% deduction after 3 days.
- After 7 days, no cancellations will be accepted, unless under certain situations, where a 50% deduction will be incurred.
- No cancellations once the item is shipped.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or eligible replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges related to sizing or change of preference.
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you need to exchange a product, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- the item is returned within the return window
- the item is unused and in original condition
- proof of purchase is provided
Non-Eligible Returns
We may refuse returns or refunds for:
- used or worn items
- damaged items caused by customer misuse
- returns sent without approval
- bespoke or custom-size items, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied
Additional conditions:
- You accidentally ordered the wrong size and the item matches our size chart.
- You simply don't like the item after receiving it.
- Decided you simply don't like the quality, material, or style of the product.
- The item was bought "just to try" or for "trial purpose".
- You changed your mind or no longer want the item after it has been shipped.
- Return/exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is not due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return?

- photos if the item is defective or incorrect
To begin a return, exchange, or refund request, please email us at support@fdwears.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our customer service team is available for you and will guide you through the process.
Unresponsive Customers
- If we do not receive your confirmation to proceed with production within 10-12 days, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a 70% refund.
- If there is a delay in shipment due to a lack of response from your side, and you later choose to cancel the order, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- If the parcel is delivered despite no confirmation from you, and the issue was communicated to you beforehand, we will not accept a refund or return request.
Delivery Refusal or Missed Deliveries
- If you refuse delivery or fail to respond to courier/customs, FDwears will not be responsible for the destroyed, returned, or undelivered parcel.
- If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
- Please double-check your address before placing the order to avoid additional delays or losses.
Damaged or Missing Order
- If the product arrives damaged or defective due to shipment or any other reason, inform us within 24-48 hours with clear pictures.
- If the item is lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement.
- Note: Once an item is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft. In such cases, please contact your courier service.
- If tracking confirms delivery but the package wasn't received, customers must follow up with DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, or the relevant postal service.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@fdwears.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
- For any complaints, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the Product must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.
- Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Eligible amount for the returned item will not be refunded until the product has arrived at its respective address and has been checked and approved by the staff.
- Returned item(s) must be sent to the respective location from where it was shipped to the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with return.
- Proof via pictures is required for any sizing-related claims.
Refund Process
- Refunds (where applicable) are issued after inspection by our quality control team.
- Proof via pictures is required for any sizing-related claims.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or in certain cases, to the payment method preferred by the customer.
- Refund amount will be paid in USD OR EUR, depending on your origional payment charged during checkout process.
- After inspection and quality control, our team will initiate the refund request within 02 working days. However, refunds can sometimes take up to 07 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that some banks may take longer to process the refund.
